Mr.Jain is a management post graduate with over 22 years of consulting, training and corporate management experience in the IT industry.  He has been associated with several consulting assignments covering  corporate finance, new projects and strategic operations management. 

He is the Chairman of Binary Essentials and a key member of its strategic consulting team.

S .M. Kripanidhi

Kripanidhi has over 19 years of consulting, process engineering and software project management experience in a total career span of 29 years.  His workshops on  Software Estimation,  Function Point Analysis,  Software Requirements Engineering, Extreme Programming,  Agile Boot Camp and Software Project Management have been highly successful.  

 He has trained over 4000 software professionals in leading domestic and multinational software companies in India.   He has successfully managed over 35 software projects and 6 product development projects.

He is a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Lead Assessor, Certified Management Auditor and a Trained Trainer.  He has held senior positions of responsibility with NIIT, System Logic, Linc Software in management of projects, program management, software process engineering and TQM, prior to co-promoting Binary Essentials

Kripanidhi has designed, developed and delivered customized programs for Centre for Technical Training (CTT),  Philips Research Labs, Eindhoven, The Netherlands for their technical managers worldwide.

Kripanidhi is also accredited trainer for Logica CMG to deliver their proprietary project planning and tracking module for their project managers worldwide.
 

Amit Kulkarni

Amit  advises and guides early stage technology businesses. Previously, he served as a member of the core investment team at ICF Ventures, a Bangalore/US based early stage VC company. By combining his prior entrepreneurial as well as technology experience, Amit made significant contributions to early stage VC activities during his association with ICF Ventures for more than two years.

Prior to joining ICF Ventures, Amit served as the Executive Director of SystemLogic India, a software services company, with operations in India and US, which he co-founded in 1995. Between 1986 and 1995, Amit worked with Hewlett-Packard in various positions, where he contributed to building various technology solutions based on HP hardware and software platforms for HP's international customers.

Amit holds a Master's degree (1985) in Computer Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur and a Bachelor's degree (1984) of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from National Institute of Technology, Surathkal, Karnataka (KREC).
 

S.Ramesh

A post-graduate from XLRI, with over 21 years in the IT-Industry, Ramesh has specialized in Strategic Business Consulting for Software Enterprises in the areas of Technology Management,  Process Improvements, Management Effectiveness and Corporate Strategies.

Ramesh has held senior positions of responsibility with HCL Group, Digital and ICIM, both in India and abroad
 

Dr. J.M.Sampath

Sampath is known for his pioneering work in the field of value clarification.  His research focuses on understanding the influence of value clarification as a process in organization development and Management of Learning.

 He is the author of 'Value Profile Instrument' which is being extensively used by organizations in India and abroad. He has consulted with leading organizations worldwide and has trained over 4000 knowledge workers.  Sampath also supports building of knowledge organizations
 

Dr. Kalpana Sampath
