Chicken and the Pig

A chicken and a pig are together when the chicken says, "Let's start a restaurant !"

The pig thinks it over and says, "What would we call this restaurant ?"
The chicken says, "Ham n' Eggs !"

The pig says, "No thanks, I'd be committed, but you'd only be involved !"

What I learnt from the Story

The Scrum Team Members are called the Pigs.  Anyone not in the team are called Chickens.  Customers, Product Owner, Manager, Senior Management are all treated as Chickens.  The Scrum Master is now called the Wolf.   The Wolf is expected to protect the Pigs from adversaries while they are at work.

This paradigm takes the Scrum Team away from the basic theme of Collaboration.

The Scrum Master is not called the wolf. the Scrum Master protects his sheep/pigs from wolves/chickens and says "woof" (note spelling) when shaking hands at the graduation ceremony of a CSM course.
