This workshop is moderated by our Managing Director, S.M.Kripanidhi. |

Kripanidhi has over 29 yrs
experience, the last 20 years in the IT Industry. He has managed and executed
over 35 software projects of size ranging from 20 to 200
man-months and has successfully managed the design and
development of 6 software products.
In the last 6 years, he has
conducted over 50 open workshops, over 300 in-house
programs on Software Project Management, Agile
Methodologies, Software Requirements Engineering,
Software Estimation and other Software Engineering and System
Engineering Disciplines
He has been involved in
extensive research and practice of various Agile Methodologies
and coaches software teams implement these practices.
Kripanidhi
has designed, developed and delivered customized programs for
Centre for Technical Training (CTT), Philips Research
Labs, Eindhoven, The Netherlands for their software
professionals and technical managers worldwide.
He is also an accredited trainer for LogicaCMG to
deliver their proprietary project planning and tracking module
for their project managers worldwide.
Prior to his
career in IT, Kripanidhi has served in the Indian Air Force as a
commissioned officer for over 8 years and held senior positions of
responsibility in Air Defence Control, Cryptography and Special
Projects.
Kripanidhi is a Certified
Scum Master, Certified Lead
Assessor: ISO-9000 Quality Systems (1993), Certified
Management Auditor (1990), Certified Business Analyst (1991)
and a Trained Trainer (1989).

Development Life Cycle Models ( Traditional, Evolved and the
Emerging), discuss the Rationale behind each model and compare the
Pros and Cons of each approach.
This will enable participants understand the criteria to
choose the right SDLC model in any given project context.
The 2-day
Interactive
workshop will focus on Project Risk Management Strategies and
uncover how these have been factored into the current emerging
Iterative Life Cycle Models and Agile Project Management
Paradigms.
Case study
driven learning approach will be used to help participants
assess their current project scenario and determine the
most appropriate project strategy and approach that would work
best in their context.
