This program will help Agile Project Stakeholders understand the Project Chartering activities involved in planning and executing large scale Agile Projects in a Distributed Agile Development environment.

Participants will learn the "How To" of planning and controlling a large agile software development project with special  reference to the core concepts of Agile Multilevel Adaptive Planning and Estimation.

Participants will also learn the concepts of setting up central  project controls (System Team, Release Management Team or Meta Scrum) for managing and coordinating the dependencies and sequencing of work being done across multiple Agile  Teams in a Distributed Product Development Environment.

This Boot Camp will be moderated by our Managing Director, S.M.Kripanidhi. 

Kripanidhi has been involved in extensive research and practice of Agile Methodologies since 1998. He coaches agile project teams in implementing agile engineering practices and supports management stakeholders in the implementation of Enterprise Agility.

He has designed, developed and delivered customized programs on Agile for Centre for Technical Training (CTT),  Philips Research Labs, Eindhoven, The Netherlands for their software professionals and technical managers  worldwide.

Kripanidhi is a contributing author to the Agile Product and Project Management Centre at Cutter Consortium, USA (www.cutter.com)

Kripanidhi has over 31 years  experience, the last 21 years in the IT Industry. He has managed and executed over 35 software projects of size ranging from 20 to 200 man-months and has successfully managed the design and development of 6 software products.

In the last 10 years, he has conducted over 150 open workshops, over 500 in-house programs on Software Project Management,  Agile Methodologies, Software  Requirements Engineering,  Software Estimation and other Software Engineering and System Engineering Disciplines
